There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Firehouse has become. We visit every year on Monday and Tuesday nights during football and baseball season and never interacted with employees un AJ took over. My kids adore her because she always engages with us and quickly learns what the boys want to eat as soon as we arrive, which is remarkable. Great food, service, location and employees!
Unprofessional ordering. Placed online & told me they got it. 15 mins later they never made it. All lacking of communication.
I made a mistake while ordering via the app, the employees were more than happy to help get the order corrected!!
I mean, its firehouse. Ive never had a bad experience. They are always on point. Great staff and sandwiches are made perfect every location I've been too. Hands down my favorite sandwich joint. The Italian is like chicken with hot sauce, bussin bussin!
