Great food just a little pricey
I've always been greeted when entering this location..... Not today March 14, 2026. I love Firehouse Subs but the customer service stinks. The man and woman today never said "hello". The woman working was actually eyeballing me as I waited to order. There were several people trying to order at the new kiosk ....However, I wasn't interested in using it because the people in front of me their card kept getting declined because the kiosk was not working. Great place to eat if you want your order screwed up. Absolute incompetence. I have added photos of what I ordered which was a roast beef sandwich with spicy mustard and lettuce. The receipt and pictures show a totally different story.
