Ridiculous - service is awful. So sad because the sub was not bad. Not great but edible. Service was a joke. They actually said they were not taking any orders at the time. But that was after I had ordered and paid so... There was no obvious reason why staff was "behind" or did not want to serve diners

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, but most importantly the sandwich was absolutely amazing! I like sandwiches a lot and eat them at many different places and locations and the Hook and Ladder sub I had here is very possibly in the running for the best sandwich I have had all year.
