I don't even want to try ordering again, they NEVER remove the pickle and it soaks through the bread and papers. Waste of money.
Received the wrong sub (ordered a hook and ladder and sub was a cold sub) and my bottled water, chips, and Mac and cheese were missing from my order. The bag was sealed so there was no way the delivery driver took it. No way to call as their phone line is off the hook. I had to speak to a virtual assistant who couldn’t help me either. They lost their customer service with kiosks and poor hygiene. If you're making subs with gloves on and then you wear the same gloves to ring up the register and touch cash, and then go back to making subs without EVER changing those gloves there is a issue 😕 Then they leave from behind the register to go talk to their friends.. still no glove changes.. I will come back after VDH responds on the complaint..
this location has consistently had issues with fulfilling order requests. never receives the correct toppings and the employees are very standoffish and rude when asking to correct the order. even forgot the pickle!
