So, I visited the Hutchinson location earlier today to grab a sandwich for my boss and I, as well as a bowl of soup for him. Everything was as expected, clean, nice, good service, but once I arrived back to work, I realized the soup was missing. I called the store fully expecting a credit or something, but the manager asked where I worked and promptly delivered the soup, along with cookies and a brownie. This is unheard of (in a good way) and I cannot express our gratitude enough.
Idk how they make these subs but I have ordered from them a few times and by the time you actually get the sub to eat them even if it's in the store the bottom piece of bread is so soggy it would stick against the wall then you have a few inches of lettuce thats constantly falling out all over the place
It would have been nice when ordering more than one sandwich that they would be marked as to which one is which. I ordered seven sandwiches and not one of them was marked as to which one was which.
