First time trying Firehouse Subs!!! I was not very pleased 😭 1. When I first walked inside I saw a dude wearing shorts. I thought he was a customer, but this dude was a worker! In shorts! In a food place? That's pretty gross and I would hope is against dress code, because what??? 2. Lady that was making my sandwiches was sweet, but in the middle of her making them she answered her phone and put it on SPEAKER. Our order took an obscene amount of time to come out, they didn't listen to the orders instructions, and we found a black hair in the food. An embarrassment of service for such a nice place.
