Rude service, the cashier spoke to us very rudely when we asked for our order
We tried Firehouse Subs for the 1st Monday, we loved it so much, I downloaded the app, signed up and the next day on Tuesday we went back for 2 more subs. Can’t wait to thy em all !
How hard is it to answer the phone to cancel an order? I called 20 times and no one picked up.
never again. we going, we obviously look like we're gonna buy cause why are we looking at the menu and in line, then my partner was gonna go to the bathroom and were told that they're closed... it has an out of order sign, not a customer only sign. fine no biggie, he walks to Smiths while I wait because we were obviously eating there. so while we're paying we find out that they bathrooms are not closed but customers can use them. shitty tactic plus rude ahh service. instead of apologizing they're wer just more rude. done w f... read more
