I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs, especially thanks to Jay’s wonderful service. Jay was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and he made me feel appreciated from the moment I walked in. I ordered the New York Steamer and the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, and both were excellent. The New York Steamer had a great combination of tender corned beef and pastrami with melted provolone—it was warm, flavorful, and exactly what I wanted in a hearty deli-style sub.
