I stopped in Firehouse subs on my way home at the location at hiltop on laskin road, this location I really like, the food is delicious, Adrianna & Crystal took my order ,Adrianna made my sub perfectly, the employee's help to make this sandwitch better than other location's, it takes a special person with a great personality to work in a sandwich shop, I personally only live 1 minute away, my bread was toasted perfectly,I ordered the Italian and it was absolutely delicious. To Firehouse Subs Management, I have been frequenting this location for several years now. I have always received excellent service and great food. What I experienced at your location last night was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. An employee named Adrienne displayed some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
