Sandwich was good, but took over 25 minutes to get it… so not practical for a quick lunch unless you order ahead. Inside and outside has not been cleaned in the last 6 months. Windows, doors, floors are unbelievably nasty with grease and slime. Food inspectors would go nuts.
Called the manager because the doordash does not have gluten-free bread option at this location. Manager was very kind and told me she would let the right people know and also offered to do gluten-free bread at no charge for me since there wasn't an option. She was very nice and I was very pleased with the helpfulness and service!
The shop has ordered from this place 2 times now. There are 16 of us, usually with an order that size you label what sandwich is what, instead they just have us scramble around looking for the right sandwich. Makes the lunch meeting take way longer than it should. We are done ordering from this place. Won’t even order from firehouse outside of work. Lack of simple courtesy’s are going to be the reason they lose our business. If you are a business don’t order from here for all your workers. Waste of time, drops morale.
You’re telling me that you have people rubbing their hands over some poor coworker and dunking his head in a sink?! The whole dish water got in my sub. Not to mention people catching fades in the back, like where is my damn tuna sub??? Never coming here again for as long as I live on this earth. If I’m in here again, it won’t be pretty. #newWaffleHouse
