This Firehouse at Harbison has deteriorated in the past few months. They used to know the proper way to make a New York Steamer. It’s my standard order-always. I do not know what THIS mess that I picked up to go was this evening but I can assure it was no New York Steamer. There was a half cup of mayonnaise, waaaay too much mustard and the meat was chock full of FAT. It was a disgusting mess. Hopefully the owner of the Firehouse Subs on Harbison is really reading these negative post, because once upon a time they hired employees that would make customers bypass other locations and come to that location just for their courteous, get it right the first time; hope you come back soon attitude. The ones in there nowadays have nothing on their minds except the will to drive customers away forever. By the way, the food was just as horrible as the service.
