After ordering my sub (steak and cheese), paying, and sitting down to wait, I was told they no longer had steak because someone ordered too much online and the rest of their steak was frozen. While processing my refund, the manager said she could microwave the meat to thaw it quickly. This is unsanitary and unhygienic. I got my sandwich refunded but not the combo because “I’d already poured the drink.” The staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the situation.
