YOLANDA! Is the worst person to deal with! My order was wrong and I called to correct it, she was beyond rude when I ordered it thru firehouse subs! I called immediately and she was rude about our food, chips and drinks were missing, also our subs were wrong and we just wanted to make it right. However! She just wanted to be rude.nothong has been resolved!
I ordered a sandwich and after waiting 30 minutes I still had not received my sandwich, despite several people coming into order and receiving their order quickly. Since I could not wait any longer and they still had not started making the sandwich I asked for a refund which was initially denied. After I pressed, the employee spoke with the manager and she offered me a partial refund, stating that I still had to pay for the drink (which I did not take with me). Honestly tonight's sandwhich was perfect-- I couldn't remember the last time I had a really decent firehouse sandwhich like this one !! And I got it for take out ! 1) It wasn't soaked in juices like it often was. I habitually grab a handful of napkins but this sandwhich only required 1 almost 2 2) I loved the plentiful bed of lettuce, it was crisp and fresh. 3) I sometimes dont always find my requested add on toppings, but today was good.
