Ordered three sandwiches tonight. I ordered a footlong tuna which had very little tuna. No mustard or cheese. Very little mayonnaise way too many onions and a small amount of lettuce ordered without tomato but it came with two giant slices of tomato. Not normally how the sandwich comes from this location. Both my wife and daughter sandwiches were put together sloppily. Not sure if this is just a one-off or this the new normal. May take a break from Firehouse.
Today was the last day I stop negotiating with any fast food employee about getting a refund.
My order was wrong and I was offered half a refund because I ate half of the sandwich which is fair but funny because my order was 95% wrong I spoke to “Angel” regarding my online order once I was home. I ordered a large Jamaican jerk sub, caramelized onions, Italian dressing, pickle spear, extra pickle spear, Italian seasoning, extra sweet mustard, extra jerk seasoning.
