I hate making this review...we love coming here even with the high prices..but after today I can't go back. Spent $25 on 2 medium subs the Cajun chicken made fine. The cheese steak we were excited for they didn't have it in stock last time we went...this sub was $10 ....half of the ingredients are missing it's terrible. Don't want to drive back right now to return it so my husband is now COOKING onions and other things to add so we can make the best of it. I won't be coming to spend that money again.
Training a bunch of new people who don’t underground language. Did not get the menu items right. No understanding of what is happening in this once good restaurant. I had to redirect the manager to correct my nearly $60 order. The help clearly did not understand what they were instructed to do. It’s a disaster
Can see why the restaurant was empty, this is first time I ever been in a firehouse sub, all staff looked at me didn't even welcome or say hi, or asked if I needed help with anything, one of their staff was just sitting at tables with their ear pods on talking in creole I think no idea but it felt very ratchet coming inside, at least the atmosphere was okay everything else yuck
The sandwich is delicious and I love the Mac and cheese. Always fresh
