The staff here are polite. I’ve never had an issue with my order pretty pleasant most of the time I cannot complain. The reason I gave three stars is mainly because this firehouse sub location is always out of something. It is on the bread section. They don’t have wheat bread at certain times. In the Coca-Cola soda dispenser they’re always missing flavors because they’re out or don’t refill it or the syrup needs to get changed. I was really pleased with the product and good customer service that I received.
Haines City Location is Absolutely the worst. After repeatedly going over my order with the Male cashier Somehow Both Subs were Wrong. Order totaled over $20 bucks that literally was thrown away. SUB was Dry not the normal steamy flavorful Firehouse, roll very flaky and hard as if old. And at the bottom of my bag One Pickel wrapped in a brown napkin like WHATTT???
