I love Firehouse Subs. However, I did not love the attitude this evening. Restaurant is supposed to be open until 9. I put in an online order, and picked it up shortly after 7. I walked more than a mile from my hotel to the restaurant in order to get some exercise, expecting that I’d be able to eat my sandwich in the restaurant. Well, surprise. Go to another location! It was dirty, not friendly, no greeting. Ordered mac n' cheese, it was half cold and half luke warm and looked and tasted like boxed macaroni. Not like the menu item. Disgusting. Hard to mess up mac n cheese!
I’ve been here twice for lunch during work and I will probably never go back to this location. Both times I walked in the staff seemed annoyed that a customer walked through the doors, and I felt like I got an attitude. Staff was cursing to each other in their conversations. I was surprised hats or hair nets isn’t required. Let’s pray I don’t eat a hair. This location was not very clean and the presentation of my order changed my appetite. I just feel like it’s grubby. Wasn’t worth the money I spent
Staff acted like they didn’t want to be bothered.
They are open until 9pm but for some reason they don't allow dine in after 5pm. No signs no nothing. I was just told to go. I won't be back there.
