Not only was my order 25 min late from my original pick up time but my sub was barely put together and it was barely warm somehow. I also wasn't compensated for having to wait 25 extra min on my lunch break when i watched them offer a free side to the lady infont of me. Not only 1 bad experiences but now 2 bad experiences cuz i placed an oder online and the terrible website didn't confirm the location in which i wanted to order and when i call the store to cancel the order and ask for a refund they say no because of policy. ... read more
