I came here with my partner and her little brother over the weekend, and we were stared at — the whole amount of time that we waited for our food — by three different employees: an older lady and two presumably-teenage boys. Trash!!! The customer service sucks. He just sat my box on the the counter, no bag.
The absolute best place to go for a sub.everyone there was super nice,what a day brightner.the salad was excellent.
I always have a great experience at Firehouse Subs. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming me with a smile every time I walk in, which really makes a difference. Although the website never has my preferred chip option, the staff is more than happy to fix it in-store and let me swap it out without any hassle. That level of kindness and customer service keeps me coming back. Great food and even better people!
Few things on this planet hit the spot quite like a hook and ladder from Firehouse. I've never finished eating firehouse and not been like " that was the most exquisite sandwich i've ever had" every single time
