Went here yesterday 6/30/26 to get the steak n cheese sub. Walked in around 4pm didnt get acknowledged at all not evenba ( welcome , hey, be with you in a min) nothing at all after 5 mins i walked out . The staff are just flat out rude. They can laugh and cut up whichnis fine but cant take care of a customer to. I WONT BE BACK!
Extremely poor customer service, especially from Cooper.
Very disappointed with this location. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich it tasted so off and then the next few days following I was extremely sick. Super disappointed because I love firehouse but looks like I’ll just have to find another store.
