This is my third time at the Firehouse Sub in Gonzales, I figured after 3 terrible experiences it was time to review. The staff barely speak to customers. They talk to each other, usually complaining about having to work. It's such an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. Slow as molasses is an understatement. There's 4 people "working" and it takes 15 minutes to make 2 subs. I love Firehouse subs, and every other location I've been to has been great. The Gonzales, LA location near Cabelas is the worst.
