Ordered pick up, so no employee interaction, but worst parking lot,EVER!
Every time I come here after 8 p.m., I’m told the wait in the drive-thru is about 15 minutes. This time, all the lights at the drive-thru were off, so I had to go inside. The staff didn’t seem very helpful—they were focused on closing duties even though the store doesn’t close until 10 p.m., and it was only 8:30. They really need to work on their customer service and attention to guests.
Daviana was super kind! She welcomed us in and was very nice and helpful! The Caribbean Turkey sub was slappin.
