Ordered 2 hook and ladder subs for pickup at NW 13TH Street Gainesville store. Get there to ouck them up they tell my wife they've been picked up for delivery. She shows them the app screen that clearly shows it was ordered for pickup, Sonny who claimed to be the manager shrugs his shoulders and says we'll have to re order if we want our food. I ABSOLUTELY love the Employees at the 35th Blvd Gainesville, Fl. Location!! They are so very king, friendly and knowledgeable. I eat there 5-6 days a week and I get the Exact Same Thing every time. They always say Hey Mrs Holly as soon as I walk in and we usually chat about how our days are going while they continue to make some REALLY GREAT SUBS!! The Food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS, FRESH AND HOT! I recommend FireHouse to anyone looking for a Great Sub & Friendly Service!!
Ordered a Jamaican jerk turkey sub for eat in. When I received the sub it had jalapeño’s on it. Asked the associates and they stated it comes that way. I said that’s not on the menu that way. They had a snippy attitude and said “ you can just take them off”. They also said “ we can’t remake it”. I won’t be going back, I’ll eat Wawa subs.
