Never thought I’d be leaving a bad review for firehouse subs. It is seriously my favorite place to eat. So good. I am the type that does not like to give tips before someone even does something (with good reason). But I always have cash to give when I think a tip is deserved. Today was definitely not one of those times. After being forced to use a kiosk, since no one greeted me, or was willing to take my order at the counter, I made my own order. (Which is fine.
