I kinda wish I read the recent reviews before heading here. It was like we inconvenience the staff by showing up. They wouldn’t take our gift card, saying it was unrecognizable… 🤷♂️ Drove home and they gave us the incorrect sandwich and the rest of the food was just bad. There was about as much mayo as there was the rest of the sandwich. Not a good time, but you live and learn, I guess.
Giving a shoutout to Max! He was super friendly and accommodating for our first time being there.
Order online pickup, once home we noticed the whole order was not there. Called the store and Evanna said she would refund my card while on the phone and it’s been well over a week and there’s still no refund.
The staff were extremely rude and upset tonight when we walked in at 8:30PM, they had also already turned off the open sign. While we were placing our order on the kiosks they were complaining that we were putting in a huge order amongst each other. Then told us we aren’t doing dine in which would have been fine if they weren’t being completely unprofessional since we walked in.
