It was amazing and the food was delicious
What happened to this place? They don't staff adequately and they act like you're inconvenincing them when you give them business. They rudely told every customer coming in that it would be 15 minutes or longer. This is with their automed kiosks because they're too cheap to staff. Then they still manage to make every custom sandwich wrong somehow. Mine was wrong in 3 different ways.

They’re always friendly, the food is always fresh and consistently taste excellent. I have picky cats who I don’t normally give table scraps to, but if I give them some of the meat from the hook and ladder, for example, they will eat it and look for more. This says a lot to me because if I get lunch meat from the deli or another sub shop, they sniff it and move on.🤣
