Walked in and got stared at by the staff, walked up to the register to be stared at even more. Then a guy in a black polo firehouse shirt finally says "are you here to pick up or order?". I say order and he along with a girl sigh very audibly and tell me the wait will be at least 30 minutes! There was only 4 guest eating in the restaurant, while I understand to go orders, and online ordering exist and have for a long time now that should not be an issue, especially when there are at least 4 employees working!!!!
