Great for in-house. Do not use the company website to order. First time, we didnt recieve full order or refund. Second time, driver stole our food. Still no refund. Company makes you jump through hoops to get any help to solve the issue or provide a solution. Sandwiches came cold, and each sandwich was cut at an 80/20 ratio, instead of cut in half, which was odd. This place use to be real good. But the last two times we have ate there it was awful. It is all kids working there with no adult supervision. It's nothing but a circus running in and out back door. The sub was cold and cheese was cold. Bread was hard as a rock. Both of our subs were thrown together and tasted awful
Came in at 8:20 pm and was refused service. Woman behind the register rolled her eyes and told us they were closing. They didn’t close until 9 pm. Awful.
half my sandwich is lettuce (not supposed to be) im missing ingredients in both my sandwiches. the crew didn’t wash their hands and put on gloves, no washing ever before touching our food (unsanitary, i’ve worked in many kitchens) the guy just called “online order” and then left it atop the counter, had i not been paying attention i wouldn’t have known. it also took absolutely forever for our food to be done because the crew kept getting distracted with conversation, which is good that they get along but maybe let’s prepare ... read more
Ordered a large Hook & Ladder on July 10 and specifically requested light mayo. Apparently, at this Firehouse Subs, “light mayo” means “empty half the jar.” The bread was stale, yet they somehow managed the impressive feat of making stale, toasted bread soggy at the same time.
