My first time eating here. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch- hold the ranch, take out. Very clear about no ranch, the entire sandwich was drenched in ranch to the point it was a soggy, soupy mess and the gooey texture made me feel sick. I tried but I just couldn’t eat their disgusting, soggy food. So- In good conscience I just can’t recommend this place. (The dog seemed to enjoy it though!)
The customer service was amazing,and I had one of the best subs that I have had in a very long time.
2nd time ordering from here over an hour before close through Doordash, both times they said "the system isn't working" and cancelled the order. The app works, your system works, you received the order, do your job. At this point you are wasting the time and gas money iof the Doordash driver that arrived on time to do their job. Now they aren't getting paid anything because the staff here is too lazy to do what they are paid to do.
food is fresh and didn’t have to wait long to get your food.
