This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and while the food itself was good, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. When I walked in, the restaurant was completely empty, but there were no staff members in sight for a while. Once someone came to help me, the employee with red hair was eating a popsicle while taking my order, which didn't come across as very professional. Sunday 6/14 2026 Whoever is working, it was a female. I called and asked simple questions and got very rude response All I asked if they did a rewards for birthdays and I got hung up on Tried calling back and they hung up on me three separate times again then left me on the phone with no one on it when I asked for a name, very rude and unprofessional
