I've been coming to this same FH for 6 years. No more. This is the 4th time where I've been in person & delivery where guess what, no pickle. That might sound incredibly bougie, but the last 3x I've been in person...the guys (all-male staff, which I have nothing against, simply wanted to clarify) were obnoxiously making fun of the the customers & it took 24 min to receive my cold order...sans pickle...so... Sorry guys, not coming back.

They hold the to go orders behind the counter. Had to ask for the to go order thinking it wasn't ready but they had all the food sitting bagged up
Dinning in - while trying to eat in restaurant, we had to endure the staff members yelling at one another, horse play and overall extremely rowdy conduct. Very unpleasant and unprofessional behavior.
