The second time I ordered from this firehouse. Both times the orders were wrong. Missing items and it's quite expensive to be not getting the correct order! Seems they never read the customers requests either! Very poor customer service!
I ordered from them 4 times, and 3 out of the 4 times the amount of mayo on the sandwiches was pretty horrible, basically making napkins a necessity.
Hayden had very good customer service
Awesome staff! Hayden took my order and was so friendly! My food was great and I got the pickle bucket! Overall great experience
Food is great! Workers are friendly! Hayden was super helpful!
