Lady at register was kinda rude, i guess im a inconvenience, make sure you take all of the order, offer a drink holder make the customer feel welcome NOT AN INCONVENIENCE. REALLY DISAPOINTED. Im a veteran she made me want to leave.
This is the worst - I did a pickup, I paid over $30.00, the whole order was screwed up, and there was hair in the sandwich. Not even edible, and they willnot answer the phone -I WILL NEVER go back to this dump again

This place has always been very good until today, Friday, September 26, 2025 at 1330PM. Terrible service from the two workers! If they don't like their job, find another one.

My last two visits to this restaurant will be my last. On Saturday Aug 9,2025 I stopped in and ordered a Firehouse Hero to go, while waiting I observed two other customers complain that their order was wrong. when my order was, I was dumb enough to take it and leave, when I got home with my food I discovered my Hero turned out to be a BBQ beef sandwich which was terrible, I only took a few bites. Horrible, horrible was in the bathroom all night after eating something called their steak and cheese sub...they asked me if I wanted cheese on it...really...no one but me in the store took 15 minutes. OF GREAT CONCERN WAS ASKED TO ROUNDUP FOR A CHARITY I GOT A RECEIPT AND THE ROUNDUP WAS NOTED AS A TIP... BELIEVE THAT IS ILLEGAL...TURNING THEM INTO THE STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE.
Got a sub from there today for lunch and the food was good but my favorite part about the visit was being acknowledged as soon as I walked in. After ordering I had a brief conversation with the Manager and she spoke to me using my name. It made me feel appreciated as a customer and not just someone buying a sandwich. We will for sure be back.
