I called this Firehouse Subs to place a pickup order and the lady who answered, Barbara, had a nasty attitude right from the start. Very unprofessional and rude. If this is how customers are treated over the phone, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
Some of the best experiences I’ve had at a fast food joint, the food is top tier and the customer service is definitely appreciated, I’ll be back soon yall
This firehouse in particular is a wonderful location. The staff is excellent and actually pays attention to your order and accuracy is 100%. Definitely recommend if you haven’t visit before!
I have came in on both shifts and the place is always clean and pleasant and I just learned they are under new ownership and Mike is a very polite person and very professional person I look forward to going back
