Google needs to have it so we can leave a negative review. Giving this place one star is giving them way too much credit. Every single aspect of my order was incorrect. The drink was wrong. The chips were wrong. All the toppings on my sandwich are wrong. I'm sorry, but this is concerning how someone can get everything wrong and still have a job. Everything was wrong. How hard is it to pick the right chips and soda?

Never written a review, but the service was so bad. I placed a mobile order to this location and they did not receive it. I showed the manager (i think) my email receipt and app order was to the correct location. He said they didn't receive it and that I should see if I got a refund. I did not. This is by far the worst firehouse I have been to. Teenagers in there making terrible sandwiches and don’t care. Don’t go here place sucks, owner should maybe spend some time there to get it straight but I doubt it, teach his employees how to make sandwiches.

So I went into this firehouse location to order an Italian sub. Upon placing the order, I told the guy, no tomatoes, add banana peppers, and toasted. I received the sandwich with tomatoes. It was not toasted. And it probably didn't have banana peppers on it either. There was mayo spread all over the bread. It looked absolutely disgusting. So I go back in, and I was the only customer in there, mind you. So I go back in and I ask for the sandwich to be remade. They proceed to make it. It's three people in the store.
