To Whom It May Concern, Today, I placed an online order through the Firehouse Subs website. Immediately after placing the order, I realized I needed to cancel it. I attempted to call the restaurant several times right away, but the phone was never answered. After giving it a brief break, I called again and spoke with the manager, Ariana, to request a refund. Food was great, customer service was sub par, not rude but not inviting or engaging. The reason I give them a 2 is the store was filthy. The floors were so sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor. Especially by the drink machine, which also needed to be cleaned.
Ordered a meal online and I had paid extra for a Large soda. My drink cup wasn't with my order when it was picked up so my coworker didnt know i ordered one. I called and spoke to an employee and they told me multiple times that "they do not do anything with the togo drinks and it was my coworkers responsibility to grab a cup by the register and fill it up." They do not give refunds for missed beverages. Just FYI.
