Ordered a meal online and I had paid extra for a Large soda. My drink cup wasn't with my order when it was picked up so my coworker didnt know i ordered one. I called and spoke to an employee and they told me multiple times that "they do not do anything with the togo drinks and it was my coworkers responsibility to grab a cup by the register and fill it up." They do not give refunds for missed beverages. Just FYI.
Kudos to the crew working tonight. They worked well as a team and was very patient. Very much appreciated!!

I ordered the Italian sub through Door Dash and guess what I got? The wrong sandwich at closing time. The sandwich was clearly mayo, lettuce, chopped pickles and cucumber, onions and bellpepper. My italian had no mayo, no mustard, no italian dressing and pickle spear on the side. How bad does your quality control have to be to confuse what I ordered with what I received? You have got to do better with delivery orders.
