Staff was great. But from an operational standpoint you failed. Having no lettuce for a sandwich shop is unacceptable. Aldis is next door. Do a payout and get lettuce. This is basic sub necessities. The GM or manager on duty could have made a very easy choice of what is best for the business decision. They chose not too. Disappointed
