I ordered from the Firehouse Subs app and had a great experience! I recommend getting toppings that hold moisture, like lettuce and tomatoes, on the side if you’re not eating right away to keep the bread from getting soggy. If you’re eating immediately, definitely get them included—so fresh and tasty! The wait was short, and the employee went above and beyond by bringing my order outside without me even asking. I never made a 1-star review, but sadly this Firehouse Subs location has been going downhill fast. I remember when they used to greet customers, now the employees there don't even acknowledge you. I walked in to grab a meatball sub, I waited for a while before the cashier even noticed me standing and waiting to order and it wasn't busy at all. I'm not asking for people to be on a customers beck and call, but a bit more professionalism wouldn't hurt this location.

First and last time ordering here. Was given the wrong order. Drove back to exchange for the correct order and Mr. Krabs krusty ahh would not give us the food we paid for or a refund. After the back and forth, we settle to just keep the wrong order but he tells his employee to throw it in the trash. Mind you, he replaced whoever’s order we had with no issue.
