I ordered three combo meals and spent over $50. All three bags of chips were wrong, and all three bottled sodas shown and purchased through the app were replaced with canned sodas. No one notified me that substitutions were being made, and I wasn’t given the opportunity to choose alternatives. What was most frustrating was the response afterward. The guy that took my order was nice, but after I paid, he immediately took a drink break and sat in the lobby enjoying his drink while 2 other people were making the subs. There were 2 other customers already waiting for their food, which they left and came right back because their subs were not correctly made. So they had to fix those orders to which 3 other customers came in after me to order. One of the people making subs had to take their order, while the guy that had taken mine was still enjoying his drink in the lobby.... read more
