I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs thanks to a worker named Andrae. From the moment I walked in he greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome. He was patient while I decided what to order, gave me some great recommendations, and made sure my sandwich came out perfect. The food was fresh and tasty but Andrae’s customer service is what made my visit stand out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in making customers happy. Employees like him are the reason I would come back.

Great subs and great staff!
My husband and I just ate here for the 1st time at this location. It was Delicious!! Best Italian sandwhich ever! Customer service was great as well. Table situation was a little weird facing the walls or outside only but that's OK. It was well worth it. Highly recommend!
