“I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience today deserves one. The staff at this Firehouse were shockingly rude and dismissive. On top of that, they completely messed up my order. A simple sandwich shouldn’t be this difficult, and customer service shouldn’t feel like a chore. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d suggest others save themselves the frustration.”
