I placed an online order at 12:45pm for two subs. Estimated time to be ready was 1:05pm. 35 minutes after placing the order for two basic subs, it is still not ready. There are 15+ people waiting in the shop for their subs to be made. There are 5 workers and it is taking an excessive amount of time to even make one sub. The inefficiency is appalling. I will certainly never be back.
Staff were highly courteous and even brought a meal to the table.
Employees were friendly, but the sandwhich was sloppy everywhere. Whatever i ate did not look nor taste like brisket, more like sloppy ham. Sandwich is pretty small in comparison to competitors for the price you pay. Asked for 2 pickles, got 1. I dont consider it a total waste of my money, it was not bad taste wise, but i wont be coming back.
