Not at all as great as it was. I dined in and watched as customers came in. You were once greeted with "Welcome to Firehouse Subs", but not anymore. The workers don't seem happy to be there and that makes the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. The sandwiches are ok, but no longer great, something was definitely different because it was just not as good as it once was. Getting them to answer their phone to place a T/O order, or for anything else is an absolute joke. You guys have to do better.
