Spent almost 25 bucks on doordash for an order I placed an hour in advance and somehow their lack of communication and failure to ensure online orders were taken care of within THEIR provided time frame doesn't qualify me for a refund of any amount. Horrible service of both Firehouse Subs and Doordash.

The sandwiches here are better than most sandwich places around here. The store cleanliness and the customers are pretty decent as well. However... Just be sure to tell EVERY single person behind the counter what NOT to have on your sandwich unless you want issues(like pickles, white bread, or mayonnaise). A worker there had a bit of an attitude as if I'm wasting their precious time about me pointing out something that was said beforehand to the young lady at the register.
