I placed an online order for pickup at 8:40 PM. I arrived right on time, but noticed my order wasn’t ready yet — no big deal, so I stood by one of the tables and waited. While I was standing there, I overheard one of the employees say they needed to make more mac and cheese and something else. Ordered same as last week. Sandwich half-hearted size. Less meat, smaller bread. Price still high. Not ordinary again.
