2nd time online app user. Very easy to set up the app for payment. Easy to order/customize sandwiches/salads. I placed an order for a set pick up time. The order was ready just as I walked into the shop. Perfect timing. The Italian sub is a real good sandwich. My Hook and Ladder salad was made with lots of fresh ingredients. I added a few extras on each item, jalapeño, olives, banana peppers, etc. I am looking forward to try different items in the near future.
Went there today we ordered two sandwiches and cookie and a soda before even ordering we advised the staff that we had never been there and didn't know how it works..... We were ignored and not acknowledged on that even though we said it multiple times while in the process of ordering. I was only asked one question regarding my Italian sandwich, and that was if I wanted the pickle or not.
