Horrible was standing in the store for over 20 mins waiting nobody was at the front and I heard talking coming from the back I called for assistance i was ignored nobody came today is Friday 10/25 4:51pm
I have been going to firehouse for years. I can truly say now I will never return. I ordered my normal sandwich and when I opened it by the time I got home, the bread was rock hard and stale. I am talking absolutely inedible. After trying to contact customer support I am told via email multiple times the store manager will be reaching out shortly. Both the app and website show the store is open. Upon arriving at the store, the store is locked with no employees, so unable to receive order and can't seem to get a refund.
Waited 30 minutes for food. Several customers (7) came and got their food. While I waited and was ignored I will not return.
I usually love firehouse, but I haven’t really ever had a pleasant experience at this location. It’s very different compared to others in the area. I need to remember to pass this one up and go to a different one. Walk in and it stinks of weed. I am not saying that the workers were high, since I can’t say that for sure. They don’t have the sauce packets that other locations have and their hot sauce bar/ bottles looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
