I ordered online about 815 on a sat night. . I arrived and upon entry I was immediately greeted and asked if I had an online order. My food was ready and prepared perfectly. The sandwich tasted great and was perfectly made with all ingredients on the sub and not everywhere else. Looked just like the one in the commercial. Lol Great product and service !

I am never going to order anything from Firehouse subs again. The woman who I guess is the manager gave my order to someone else and ran to the door and called him back after he took the pickle out from my sandwich. She gave him his order and then tried to add a pickle and give me mine back. They are more concerned with speed than accuracy and it cost me money and my lunch
So my husband ordered a sub from this place and I got a soup and a side salad. Now mind you a side salad I feel should be pretty simple to make. I asked for no tomatoes and no onions well I got both tomatoes and onions in my salad. He calls up there no one answered for about 10 minutes. Then when he finally gets ahold of someone 12 minutes later the guy on the phone said you will have to call DoorDash or the other third party to get a refund.
