I love my local Firehouse Subs! Great food, and efficient, always friendly service! Photos? Our food didn’t last long enough for that! Highly recommend!
Price is terrible, but food is exceptional
Absolutely disrespectful Ordered a large hook and ladder and picked up immediately as it was ready, as I arrived home around 5 minutes later it appearaed just appalinginly unappetizing, it looked white as if it was barely toasted, cold even though it had barely been some time since it was picked up, and finally much shorter than a LARGE hook and ladder should be. I ordered my sandwich through the app. I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before the sandwich was done. Nevertheless, the bread was cold and tough. I don't think they toasted it at all. Also, I ordered the zesty garlic hook and ladder, and it tastes like they put the wrong sauce on it. It tasted like BBQ sauce, not garlic sauce. ALSO, they really skimped on the meat. Very disappointing sandwich.
Always welcomed and thanked--almost always invited back the next day!!
