Hot sauce ratings are not created equal. A #9, for example, can either be delicious, or melt your face off. Rather than depending on the numbers alone, check the ingredients. Habanero only if brave!
Get the Italian, with no dressing. Then choose a hot sauce to go on top. I like things spicy, but not numbing. My favorite sauce is the BACKDRAFT! Delicious!
