We stopped here to get some sandwiches before we went boating on Labor Day. We got there at about 1230 and there was no line. We ordered right away. And then we sat down and waited and waited and waited for almost 45 minutes to get our sandwiches.And we only ordered three sandwiches. The people getting their online orders were coming in and getting their sandwiches. So I think the best bet is to order online and not in the store.
On August 21, 2025, I went into this Firehouse Sub and ordered a Smokehouse beef & cheddar sandwich. I had one request that since my last sandwich was barely warm, could they run this sandwich through the steamer twice so it would be hot. The cashier assured me it would happen. I have never had a bad experience with firehouse subs, whether I am door dashing or picking up the food myself it is always in pristine condition and the taste... phenomenal literally the best sub ship around
Orderd a build your own super basic. Waited way to long for being the only customer in the building. Got my food checked completely wrong order dude called my name and gave me some other guys order. Then proceed to check all over for my food that was just sitting on the table. Gave me my supposed heated food cold and nothing more sorry and some cold food... this place has gone downhill used to love it but my last 4 visit have really been sad
