I have never had a bad experience with firehouse subs, whether I am door dashing or picking up the food myself it is always in pristine condition and the taste... phenomenal literally the best sub ship around
Orderd a build your own super basic. Waited way to long for being the only customer in the building. Got my food checked completely wrong order dude called my name and gave me some other guys order. Then proceed to check all over for my food that was just sitting on the table. Gave me my supposed heated food cold and nothing more sorry and some cold food... this place has gone downhill used to love it but my last 4 visit have really been sad
