**update** Very disappointed. The last few times we’ve gone to this location we have had a negative experience. Dry meat, little flavor, almost no sauce, inconsistent bread, etc. This last time with asking for double extra sauce on my smokehouse brisket I received almost none. Before my sandwich was bagged the employee making the sandwiches said he added a ton of sauce then asked if I wanted even more which I said yes and was given a super tiny little cup half filled that lasted two bites on my large 12” sandwich. Had probably the worst service/experience at any restaurant ever tonight at this Firehouse Subs. We arrive about 15 minutes before closing. There was enough people in line ordering that we didn't get our order in for about 5 minutes. We got our food about 5 minutes after that. Our sandwiches were NOT steamed, but were cold. FYI, the Engineer sandwich does not taste that great when cold.
