Me and my wife came in to get a sub to go .. The gentleman in front of us did not want parsley on his sub so the women making the sub picked up the sub while he wasn't looking and blew on his sub trying to get it off . that is so disgusting .. The guy asked her if he blew on his sub and she straight up lied right to his face .. Last time I go in their period ..
The food is not as good as it used to be. A clean restaurant. Sometimes you have to wait too long for the order. Not really worth $15 for a medium combo.
I ordered online but when I arrived to pick up my order, they told me they were out of what I wanted. I was really disappointed. I ordered another sandwich which took 15 minutes for me to get it was good. They make good subs but when you have your heart set on a particular item, it’s a little disappointing. firehouse chain is always good. I will go back.
This is a good Firehouse. My food was well-prepared and as delicious as always. An employee came around the check on us and to straighten up the chairs. It was clean.
