A decent size order for a bridal party was called in at 9, and was to be picked up at 1. The food was not even started on till after the person picking up got there. Even once they got there 3 more people’s orders were started. In total we waited an hour. One of the employees was making smart comments under their breathe. The food was mid. And everyone in the bridal kept wondering where the food was. Needless to say glad we won’t have to order again.
We ordered a platter to feed wedding party while they get ready. We put in the order at 9am and scheduled pick up for 1. I am sitting here still waiting at 1:42, still no food. Not good at all and they still moving at a snails pace. And the bride is furious.
Most delicious subs served hot or cold. The bread is always fresh and tasty. We love firehouse subs!
