DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU SPEAK ONLY ENGLISH. I came in here just to order a ham and cheese sandwich i’m not one employee can understand me and took half an hour to try and put what I wanted into the computer just to bring it up incorrect I ended up having to say never mind and leave. The girl on the register taking my order was on a FaceTime call the entire time and hardly paid any attention to me anyways.
Most terrible customer service I have ever received. Worker made me feel like I was bothering him for picking up an order that was NOT PLACED in the area for me to pick up and leave. He was on the phone talking to the "owner" laughing and gossiping about another customer calling corporate and being a "liar". He clearly has a lack of his surroundings because I don't know why you would have an open conversation in front of customers eating in the lobby.
