First visit to Firehouse Subs Biddeford and probably the last! We ordered a large steak and cheese and a salad with grilled chicken to go. Service to make our food was extremely slow, young staff seemed preoccupied with getting ready to close (45 minutes away). Watched my sandwich being made, skimpy filling, not fresh cooked on a grille but rather heated up in a steam machine! I would eat here regularly. Both the staff and food have been terrible recently. They have been consistently getting orders wrong and the staff won’t correct it or re make the orders. They are constantly smoking in the cars out front. Not sure what happened to this place but I won’t go back anymore
I came here for a long time. The past six months my order has been consistently incorrect. I spoke to the staff and they are not willing to re make the subs or give a refund. Not sure what happened but the employees seem to not care much. The employees working the afternoon shift 5/11/25 are bad for business.
