The food is good. However, the restroom is filthy.
We waited 7 minutes never being acknowledged. 4 employees just making sandwiches. When we asked if we needed to order on the app, an employee said, "we will help you when we are caught up". That was it. Horrible service
This doesn't seem like a Firehouse Subs anymore. My sandwich was toasted not steamed. I ordered the cheese steak, it had a very small amount of meet, the flavor was over powered by the RAW onions (not caramelized per the menu) and I home this was not the double cheese per menu because I don't think it had any.
Placed our order. After waiting about 10 minutes and observing the chaos behind the counter and an order dispute between two customers and staff at the counter, we left without our food. Paid over $24 for 2 sandwiches, but too uncomfortable to stay with how staff was behaving. Not a good situation.
