First time having Firehouse Subs. Went into it very excited. Left very disappointed. 2 stars only as the place seemed clean. Staff seemed all hung over. Ordered steak sub. Came with no onions or green peppers - only meat and cheese. Ordered Mac and cheese - very cold and hard. Way too pricy for what you get. I may have just come at a bad time. I won’t be back.
No ice, empty pop dispenser, sweet tea not sweetened. Long wait for the order.
Always a good experience at the building and the employees are always positive and open they always make you feel at home
