I ordered my food ahead of time on the app and it said it would be ready at 5 45 so I left about 20 min ahead of time since it's 15 min away and I got there at 5 30 and my food was already sitting out so if I did come at 5 45 my food would have been cold and all my sandwiches are supposed to be hot. And then when I got home all 5 of my sandwiches didn't even come with a pickle. Usally this place is good but I was disappointed this time.
The food is fairly consistent and usually enjoyable. The service is hit or miss sometimes adequate, more times than not rude and dismissive, and occasionally very nice. The restaurant is 100% of the time disgustingly dirty all the way from the bathrooms to the tables to the walls to the floors to the pop machines. Have been coming to this location for quite some time. I would not recommend coming in on Wednesdays. Today the staff could care less. Cashier is more concerned with playing on his phone. Tables are incredibly dirty, the drink machine is disgusting, everything is out of stock.
Get that girl off register. Can’t make out what she is I’m saying
