I was just at this location today, 7/18 It wasn’t busy at all .I placed my order 1200 ,and didn’t get my sandwich until a whole 20 minutes passed .just to receive my order done the wrong way ,and was told there wasn’t any lettuce when they clearly had two whole bags behind them. I usually enjoy the sandwiches at Firehouse Subs; however, I have been very disappointed with my last three visits. Each time, I specifically ordered a hot sandwich, yet I was served a cold one instead. It is frustrating to spend your hard-earned money, clearly communicate your order, and repeatedly receive something different from what you requested.
