I did one star because my drink was good.  I ordered a 6” sub gluten free and the charged for a large sub. First thing I went back and talked to a manager and she shared the regular price is $9.95 and because the order was a med. there was an additional charge of $4.65 plus $2.25 for the gluten free bread  also had a large drink I for get what the price was but it doesn’t matter, if you total up that’s $17.10 plus the drink and taxes I paid $20.00 because I gave to the charity.  With that said that price is for a large not a... read more

This was the second Sunday in a row that I went to The Firehouse Subs in The Villages. Both days were a huge disappointment. The first Sunday they had run out of soda. The next Sunday, they had run out of regular potato chips, plus everything on my sub was cold. I doubt I will be back and that's sad, because they used to be so good.

I had an opportunity to have their subs at a social function and I thought they were great. I tried to order a sub for me to pick up and was disappointed that I had to set up an account just to place an order. Too bad, but they will not have my business if that is what you have to do to place an order Sorry, but I can usually order from a number of businesses where that never happens

When I pulled in the parking space there was a guy outside smoking with jacket and backpack on. I went inside and there's 1 guy working and he asked if I was picking up an online order or placing 1. I said placing order. He said it going to be a little bit because I'm the only one here and I have someone else in front of you, 10-15 minutes. I say ok and sit down. Hello January, 15th 2025 between 5:15 pm-5:29 pm I had to a visit to the Gastonia NC Firehouse Sub for the first time. I was abruptly disrespected by the General Manager name Ms. Vonya. I was verbally attacked with aggression as the General Manager tried to insinuate an act of theft on my part as I was just doing my job as a Door Dasher. I was instructed by polite team member to grab a Coca Cola bottle from the cooler for my customer.
