I ordered a gluten free sandwich online. When I arrived to pick up the sandwich I was told they did not have the gluten free bread to fill the order. Not a big deal, I requested a refund. I was told I had to make that request through the app. There is no phone number on the app, so I tried the chat and was told they would need to contact the store the store would need to do the refund.
