Isaiah was very nice, courteous and friendly. The store is clean and the food was good.
Great food. Just 2 complaints, 1. the last few times i tried to order the engineer through the app, it said white bread unavailable yet when i went in person they had plenty of white bread. 2. I noticed hours say they close at 9pm, i got there 10 min early to order the engineer (again because white bread unavailable on the app) and they locked the damn doors!! Had they had white bread available, i could of ordered 30 min early and arrived and got my sub!!
Was in on 08/16, ordered a sandwich no pickle? Your asking me if I want one and then don't include one so had to go back inside the store to get it...then the black man attempted to give me a pickle with a toothpick....what the hell? Needs training...so another employee put the pickles in a bag for me. Geez. Two out of the 3 employees were on their cell phones, no customers and couldn't get it right.
This location is ALWAYS out of brisket. I dont understand why they dont just start ordering more. Every time I want a cheddar brisket sandwich, they NEVER have it.
