FIREHOUSE SUB'S ordering system is backwards. When someone wants to "Build Their Own" sandwich, the associate has to DESELECT all the items i don't want. So im rehashing my really simple order 5 times before I can check out. Then my sandwich arrives without 2 of the 5 ingredients. However, I did get a Bonus, Nasty hair on my turkey. I guess I'll have to find a different sandwich spot even though I like Firhouse Subs the best.
