Normally a great lunch option to have delivered at work. I ordered about 3 weeks ago, as I have done many times, through the Firehouse app. An Uber Eats driver delivers- this is the kicker. The driver took my order, blocked my number so I couldn’t reach them and took my food. I called the store twice that day and was told I’d have to reach out to Uber Eats. I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I sat in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes. After taking my payment, the employee returned to the window about 10 minutes later and asked me to pay a second time. She seemed confused, and then another employee came to ask what my order was, which made it appear that my order had never been made and there was uncertainty about what was happening.
