Ordered to go, got home, did a few things say down to eat, and both sandwiches were wrong and no chips in the bag. The other person who ordered doesn't care for the wrong items so we had to make something else for our meal. The store is closed but I still called, someone answered and took my name and address. Update to come.
Ordered 2 meals plus 1 more sandwich, total was almost $60! Steak and cheese sandwich we got was cut in 4 pieces with steak, cheese and peppers thrown on top. Not cut like a sandwich or able to pick up to eat(see pictures). Went back and guy at counter just goes "oh we'll remake it". Which was good but whole thing was a bummer because we had to turn around and go back to get it fixed. HOWEVER after all that, our 3 sandwich tasted great! Steak was fresh n not dry. Spicy Cajun chicken was really good.
First time having a firehouse sub. Omg, it was so delicious. It was really hard to hear the young man taking out order. Music a little too loud. It won't stop me from going back tho. Lol
