We love firehouse subs. This one was ok. The food was good as always. Hot sauce station was so so. Need more heat levels other than 2s and 4s with one 7. That's part of the reason I like FS. The older lady had service feeling rushed and kinda rude. Didn't say hi, good morning etc. Until I straight faced her and said good morning, how are you. Quick service and great tasting sandwiches!
The food was good, the bathrooms were decent and I was provided the water cup I asked for and I enjoyed that they had on a baseball game especially because I love watching baseball and always have, but if I didn't know any better, I could have thought the whole team inside the place were talking about me. I think if the team in their could get their culture better, the store could improve tremendously since that is what Arizona could really use right now.
