I'll tell you what, the sandwiches are phenomenal, but the staff appears to be miserable for some reason. They don't smile, they don't greet, which gives a place a cold feeling upon arrival.... Now I understand why most people get their food to go rather than enjoying it at the restaurant.
Creators of magnificent subs! Update 2026: subs still taste phenomenal. However, your staff looks miserable. On my last few visits I have noticed that your staff does not greet customers when they walk in the door. Even the elderly lady at the cashier doesn't even ask you what you would like. She just stands there staring at you waiting for you to speak first. It's quite awkward.
