As part of our Milestone service contract Firestone came out for a roof refresh. The tech, Anthony, was great. Prompt, courteous, and thorough making sure we knew what he was doing and photo evidence of everything. We’ve been very pleased with our Milestone service and their partnering with Firehouse proves they take good care of their customers.
They have always been great. We just had a new water heater put in and Diego came out to make sure the pipes on top of the roof were sealed properly. He was so nice when I first opened the door. He was very informative about what he was there to do and showed me pictures of everything afterwards while he explained it. He explained everything so that I could understand it perfectly. Anthony was punctual, polite and knowledgeable about our roofing job. He was transparent about before and after service, which was insightful. He also went above and beyond to help us get a specialist give us a free estimate to remove old unused equipment on roof and get rid of wasps next to our doorway and his ladder. Thank you Anthony!
I scheduled an attic seal service and roof inspection. George N. provided a thorough inspection of my roof and let me know my roof was in great condition.
