As part of our Milestone service contract Firestone came out for a roof refresh. The tech, Anthony, was great. Prompt, courteous, and thorough making sure we knew what he was doing and photo evidence of everything. We’ve been very pleased with our Milestone service and their partnering with Firehouse proves they take good care of their customers.

I recently had a roof tune-up with Firehouse Roofing and was disappointed to find shingles left in my front yard after the job. It was frustrating to see such a lack of cleanup , but thankfully was not difficult to cleanup myself. This experience left a poor impression.

Anthony did a roof refresh for us and did an excellent job! He is communicative, punctual, polite, and kind. And now our gutters are cleared and I am aware of the state of our roof.
