We had Firehouse over to seal a Flue Pipe from our HVAC system in the attic. They were recommended to us through their partnership with Baker Brothers, who does our AC work. Jordan did a great job reviewing the situation, sealing everything up, and repainting the pipe. That would have been enough, but he then provided a roof inspection and reported that everything looked great and we had no issues that needed attention. Excellent customer experience. Two gentlemen in particular helped to make this positive & deserve recognition. For all of the upfront discussions, coordination, etc. I worked with Skyler and onsite during the job was Leon. Both of them were extremely helpful & responsive throughout the duration of our project. Had never worked w/ Firehouse before, but was referred to them by Milestone Electric/HVAC. Big thumbs up! Fantastic work from beginning to end. Slater was very thorough in looking over our old roof and took lots of photos and videos to share with us when he was done. He also helped walk us through the process of filing a claim with our home insurance company. When he passed us on to scheduling the replacement and ordering supplies, Christian kept us in the loop as far as when materials were delivered and what the replacement day would look like.
