Great pizza! Some of the best crust I have ever had. Helpful employees.
I gave this place a second chance before giving a review. The pizza crust was chewy and tough both times. The lady at the counter was rude, both times (different lady). I called the order in 20 minutes before arriving and had to wait another 45 minutes to get my 2 topping large pizza. The guy manning the pizza oven touched his phone then handled the pizza. We love firehouse! The pizza is great and the service is exceptional! They also deliver to our house which is a plus!!
Overheard employee Laura berating a Doordash driver because she ordered alcohol to her work (aka here at Firehouse Pizza) and the Dasher couldn't drive it to her house instead. Gross behavior from a place that I typically enjoy going to. Maybe if you are so concerned about the Federal Laws you were giving him grief over, you should wait until you get home to order your booze. Update: Apparently Laura stole the alcohol afterwards by reporting she never got it.
