This is an amazing shop and everyone has been such a huge help to us. Thank you Chelsie for guiding is to the right food and supplements for our dog shadow. I love that everyone makes you feel like family and our questions, no matter how dumb we think they are, are always treated like the most important questions! So glad this valley finally has a real pet store where our pets come 1st and not some corporate CEO and his bank account! Would recommend firehouse over any other pet store any day!
I recently moved to Wenatchee from the Northern Seattle area and I have to say Firehouse pets is the best pet shop I have ever been to! They have any thing you are looking for with an awesome and friendly staff! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! If your in Wenatchee and need something for your pet check out firehouse!
I don't trust a shop in which the owners tell me then show me a dangerous chew toy that she says made her own dogs gums bleed. I went in concerned about hoof I had bought for a chew treat which fractured into glass like pieces. She said we don't give our money back. It was $3. I didn't want my money back I want to save another pet and owners going through what we are still going through. To be more worried about $3.00 than the life of a precious pet. Wow!
Really great, friendly staff that are super knowledgeable and helpful! They also have a great selection of everything you could need for pets!

Love this store. First time to visit Four different employees asked me if I was finding everything I was looking for. Offered me coffee and popcorn. Everyone was happy and friendly ( so nice to see these days). They carry all kinds of great stuff for your fur babies. Definitely will be back. Thank you for being awesome!!

It's our fur kids favorite place to go! They start "singing" anytime we go down town. If we pass up the shop our little one shuns us, even turns his back to us. The very few times we have gone without them they seem to know, will sniff us then sit on the porch and stare at us.
