Best BBQ in the springs
Not very good. We got the brisket, pork, hot links and bratwurst. For sides we had the green chili beans, green beans and coleslaw. The brisket wasn't sliced or chopped, it was shredded. It had little smoke flavor, little seasoning and seemingly zero bark. The pulled pork was about the same but also dry. The sausage was ok. Not great but not terrible. The sides were fine.
