Not very good. We got the brisket, pork, hot links and bratwurst. For sides we had the green chili beans, green beans and coleslaw. The brisket wasn't sliced or chopped, it was shredded. It had little smoke flavor, little seasoning and seemingly zero bark. The pulled pork was about the same but also dry. The sausage was ok. Not great but not terrible. The sides were fine. Amazing BBQ and Service. Burnt Onion BBQ sauce is the bomb
Absolutely disaster of an operation. Went on a saturday after shopping at farmers market across the street. Put an order in, waited for 30 min outside, went in to ask about order and they couldnt find it. Place needs better management. Put an organized ticket and delivery system in instead of the guy in the kitchen coming out asking everyone if this is their food. Put a number at the table so you know or give them the thing with lights thay vibrates to go pick it up themselves. Food was average but not good.
